· Carbon content 0.62%-0.70%, manganese 0.90%-1.20%. Cold-rolled structure is dense with tensile strength ≥850MPa, yield strength ≥690MPa, elongation ≥10%, balancing rigidity and toughness.
· Hardness HB 280-320, heat-treatable to HRC 42-48, suitable for high-frequency welding and stamping. Formed substrate has 30% higher bending resistance.
· Cold Rolling Precision
· Thickness tolerance ±0.02mm (0.5-3mm 规格), surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm, meeting laser welding flatness requirements.
· Rolled by multi-roll cold mill, horizontal/vertical property variation ≤5%, ensuring substrate balance at high speeds.
· Surface Treatment
· Annealed to remove internal stress, coated with rust-proof oil (salt spray test ≥24h). Optional copper/zinc plating improves welding strength (copper layer 5-10μm, bonding force ≥450MPa).

· Saw Blade Substrate Manufacturing: Raw material for laser brazing and high-frequency brazing saw blades, suitable for 100-600mm diameter production.
