This multilayer sintering mould is specially designed for high-temperature sintering of saw blade segments with gradient structures, adopting segmented gradient sintering technology. Optimized for high-end scenarios like stone precision processing and ceramic composite cutting, it achieves one-time sintering of 3-5 layers of different hardness materials, solving the problem that traditional single-layer sintering cannot balance sharpness and wear resistance. Suitable for large-scale production of 150-600mm high-end saw blades.

Gradient Layer Sintering Technology:Using five-stage temperature control, it supports synchronous sintering of 3-5 layers with HRA hardness difference controlled at 5-8. Cutting edge sharpness is increased by 40%, and base bonding layer wear resistance is 3 times higher.
Composite High-temperature Material:The cavity uses 3Cr2W8V hot work die steel + tungsten-molybdenum coating, withstanding 1000℃ cycles. Graphite insulation layers reduce heat loss by 35%, extending mould life to over 5,000 sintering cycles.
