Product Overview
This one-layer sintering mould is specially designed for single-layer high-temperature sintering of saw blade segments, adopting integrated sintering technology. Optimized for stone rough processing and concrete rapid cutting, it achieves one-time sintering of segments and cores at high temperatures, combining high precision and efficiency, suitable for large-scale production of 105-450mm saw blades.
Product Features
High-temperature Integrated Sintering Technology:Using vacuum sintering at up to 800℃, segment-core bonding strength ≥300MPa, avoiding delamination risks of traditional multi-layer sintering, with 40% higher sintering efficiency.
High-temperature Resistant Alloy Material:The cavity uses H13 hot work die steel with quenching-tempering treatment, surface cladded with tungsten carbide coating, resisting 850℃ and excellent thermal fatigue resistance, enduring over 3,000 sintering cycles.
