Product Features

High-precision forming designUsing CNC EDM technology, the mould cavity achieves ±0.02mm dimensional accuracy, ensuring consistency of segment arc and pitch, improving cutting stability during wet cutting, and reducing chipping risks.

High-temperature resistant alloy materialThe main body is made of H13 die steel with vacuum quenching, and the working surface is cladded with tungsten carbide (WC) hard alloy layer, which resists 800℃ high temperature and has excellent thermal fatigue resistance, enduring over 5,000 hot pressing cycles.

Efficient heat-cooling cycle systemBuilt-in spiral heating pipes and cooling water channels, combined with an intelligent temperature control module, enable precise temperature control of ±5℃ within 300-750℃, shortening the hot pressing cycle by 30% compared to traditional moulds and significantly improving production efficiency.
