T-shaped Mechanical Support StructureThe segment cross-section features a T-shaped boss design, with horizontal flanges providing radial support and vertical webs enhancing torsional strength. The radial runout during drilling is 0.05mm, improving cutting stability by 40% compared to traditional structures.

Composite Wear-resistant Material SystemThe working surface is sintered with YG6X cemented carbide and cobalt-based binder, and the matrix uses 40CrNiMoA alloy structural steel, surface ion-nitrided to hardness HV1100, capable of withstanding 50MPa continuous cutting pressure.
