Annular Hydrodynamic StructureThe segment cross-section features a complete O-shaped closed-loop design. The annular chip groove and central 导流 through-hole form a 360° uniform chip evacuation system, increasing debris discharge efficiency by 90% compared to traditional U-type structures. Coolant evenly penetrates the cutting surface during drilling, controlling temperature rise within 30.

Gradient Composite Wear-resistant LayerThe working surface is sintered with YG15 cemented carbide and copper-based-diamond composite, the matrix uses 25Cr2MoV heat-resistant steel, and the surface is deposited with TiN hard coating (3μm thickness), hardness up to HV2400, capable of withstanding 100MPa radial cutting force, extending segment life to 5,000 drilling cycles.

3D Temperature Control Forming SystemEquipped with annular ceramic heating coils and spiral water-cooled interlayers, achieving precise temperature control within ±2in the range of 250-600via AI adaptive temperature control algorithm. After hot pressing, the segment matrix density uniformity deviation is 1.2%, and concentricity error is 0.03mm.

Quick-change Ring Mould StructureAdopting a hydraulic expansion type annular cavity with laser positioning system, reducing single O-type cavity replacement time to 3 minutes, supporting 0.1mm-level inner diameter precision adjustment, and adapting to fast switching production of different 规格 annular segments.
